Step one: Make the switch

1, first select the applicable micro switch (of course, the size should be smaller than the model parts);

3, connect the two wires respectively to the positive and negative terminals of the switch;

4, check whether the switch can be correctly hidden in the parts at the same time, try to see whether the parts can be correctly combined.

Step 2: LED light connection

1, the two wires are connected to the positive and negative LED (usually the long is positive, short is negative, but not the law, so test it);

2. Wrap the wire with adhesive paper to avoid short circuit of the wire (there is no matter what adhesive paper is used, there is only 3V voltage anyway).

Note: If used in wet conditions, for safety, please use electrician's tape

Step 3: Place LED lights

1. The gun head is made of LED lights with thin heads;

2, cut the connection of the gun head and open its position;

3, because the LED lamp head tail is wider, and the parts are not so wide, so to carve a groove in the parts to hide the lamp;

Note: How to hide the lamp depends on the space of the component itself, so there is no law, everyone improvise!

Step 4: Choose where to place the battery

Choosing a suitable location was not easy because there was not much space, and a smaller battery (CR1220) of the type used in the PGZeta gunhead was chosen.

1, as always, cut all the useless places, because of the situation of the parts and choose the location;

2, of course, to see if you can put the battery into that space.

Step 5: Make the battery box

Because the size of the battery boxes available on the market are relatively large, we have to tailor the material used is the model plastic plate bought in the general model store.

1, cut the rubber plate to a larger size than the battery, and cut out a number of rubber strips for preparation;

2, there is no measuring tool, so it is necessary to see if the height is appropriate;

3. Use the model glue to stick the adhesive strip to form a concave word, and then paste the face plate to make the shape in the middle of the figure (cut off the excess);

4, in the upper and lower respectively open a hole, for the placement of iron sheet, this time the use of iron sheet raw materials, is generally buy socks when the buckle, this iron sheet is quite easy to use, easy to bend and not easy to break;

5. Bend the iron sheet into a Z shape to facilitate placing it in the previously prepared position;

Note: Because the negative electrode of this battery is on the top and the positive electrode can be connected to the bottom or left and right sides, but there is a chance to contact the negative electrode on the left and right sides, so it is recommended to put it on the bottom.

Step 6: Connect the battery box

1, put the battery box in the pre-arranged position, the size is just right! ... (In fact, it is a good longitude size when making battery boxes);

2, connect the wire, first connect the LED fruit side of the wire (connect the negative terminal to the negative terminal of the battery box);

3, the LED fruit side of the positive electrode connected to the positive electrode of the battery box can also be, as long as the positive electrode is not connected to the negative electrode;

4, put the positive pole of the battery box on one of the wires of the switch system, because the switch has no positive and negative poles;
