Outdoor requirements for Wenzhou billboard production:

1, size: the size of the inkjet image and the actual required screen size is the same, it is different from printing, do not need to set aside the bleeding part. In the inkjet printing company generally has a white edge after the output screen, and generally leaves 10CM with the net screen edge. You can agree with the inkjet output company on how many edges to leave for buttonholes. The price is calculated per square meter, so the screen size is in centimeters.

2, image resolution requirements: the inkjet image is often very large, the inkjet image is the same, if the big picture also uses the resolution of printing, it will be tired of the computer. But the inkjet image resolution is not standard requirements, the following is my personal use of different sizes of the resolution used, can image area (square meters)180 -- infinity 30-- 1801 -- 30 resolution (dpi)11.2522.545

Because the current inkjet printer is mostly 11.25DPI, 22.5DPI, 45DPI as the output of the image requirements, so the reasonable use of image resolution can speed up the speed of drawing.

Photo generally requires 72DPI/ inch can be done, if the image is too large (such as in PHOTOSHOP new image display actual size file size of more than 400M), you can properly reduce the resolution, control within 400M size.

3, image mode requirements: inkjet unified use of CMKY mode, prohibit the use of RGB mode. Now the inkjet printer is four-color inkjet, its color is completely different from the printing color, of course, when making the drawing according to the printing standard, the inkjet company will adjust the color of the picture and the sample close. Photography can be done in CMKY mode or RGB mode. Note that the value of big red in RGB is defined by CMKY, i.e. M=100Y=100.

4, the black part of the image requirements: spray painting and photo images are strictly prohibited to have a single black value, need to fill C, M, Y color, composed of mixed black.
